Robbery on Windsor

I have lived on Windsor for 13 years...yesterday my car was broken into and my wallet and purse stolen...I have noticed more and more roaming kids...does anyone in the area notice the same thing...it is starting to get scary and unsafe..what is happening? who can we contact?
