Community Update

I recommend that nobody ever do business with these people. Worst customer service. Bought five appliances from them and right off the bat the fridge stopped working. I have now been without my main fridge for 3 weeks because every fix they tried didn't work and they said they "can't find another fridge to fit my dimensions". Now today, they came to try another fix and were supposed to look at my washer and dryer and "forgot" and refused to come back today and can't be back out for another week.
They tried to make it seem my fault they forgot and on top of that tried to tell me I would have to pay for service call even though warranty says parts only for a year. Every time I called the lady out on the lies she back pedaled real fast. I will never buy from them again.
