Equal Marriage Opportunities: Are they right or wrong?

A second case is being held at the Supreme Court today regarding equal marriage opportunities. I am a religious teenager, but I don't believe that religious views should be used in these cases.If you remember this country was set up with a separation of church and state.I am in no way homosexual, but i believe that every person on this earth should be happy. Honestly, if someone finds happiness in being with someone of the same sex,  I really don't Care. I don't judge others, and I try to find the good in all people, even those who have wronged me. In my opinion its not our jobs as humans, of any faith, to judge others. I have never heard of a homosexual person judging or being cruel to a straight person like we do to them.I just hope that someday we will be an accepting people to people to people of all sexualalties , faiths,skin colors, everything. Just one more closing thought for you to think about before you go, if you where a person who had a feeling or belief  you couldn't control, would you want the constant torment and pain that homosexuals go through every day, feeling like everyone is fighting you with every battle you face, and the feeling that you will be never accepted? Is that fair to put a fellow human through?
