Scuffle With Police, Coach Charged in Sex Sting & More: Week in Review

1. Man faces slew of charges after police scuffle: Cuyahoga Falls police arrested a man in a second-story Studio City apartment and handcuffed him. As an officer escorted him downstairs, he started to thrash and lunged forward, pulling himself and the officer down the stairwell.

2. X-ray machine starts electrical blaze: Cuyahoga Falls firefighters tackled a fire caused by an X-ray machine at Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center Thursday. One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.

3. Teacher, coach caught in Willoughby sex sting: Ryan Tyna, 42, of Hudson, was arrested last week in a prostitution sting in Willoughby. Tyna is in his second year coaching at the Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy in Cuyahoga Falls. He also is a social studies teacher at North High School in Eastlake.

4. Q&A with 16 Kids Deli: Mom 'N Dad 'N 16 Kids, Inc. (known to the locals as "16 Kids Deli") is run by some of Bob Schmitt’s 16 kids and even some of his grandchildren. It will celebrate five years in the community this coming April. Jennifer Thomas of 16 Kids Deli shares some info about the deli here.

5. Robbery at Howe Avenue Huntington Bank: An unarmed robber left the Howe Avenue Huntington Bank with an undisclosed amount of cash Sunday. Police later arrested Steven C. Dagostine, 43, of Tallmadge, in connection with the robbery.
