Frozen River Festival Coming to Cuyahoga Falls This Weekend

Admission is free to this annual event.

Cuyahoga Falls residents looking for something fun to do next weekend won’t have to look far—this year’s Frozen River Festival will be taking place Friday through Sunday.

Jennifer Syx, deputy director of development for the city, said the annual event has been growing in recent years, and is part of an effort to offer quality events all year round for residents to enjoy.

Next weekend, the public can try some beer and wine from local businesses in the Pavilion or stop by the ice rink to see students from the University of Akron Culinary Arts program carve elaborate ice sculptures.
