Drunken Woman Goes Berserk; Hooligans Hit Residence; and Felony Theft

The following was obtained from Cuyahoga Falls police reports dated Jan. 26-28. It does not indicate a conviction.

Make way

A 23-year-old Akron woman had a whirlwind night on Jan. 28 after she reportedly got drunk, yelled profanities and tried to punch someone at the corner of Lancaster and East Broadway Street. She also stripped off some of her clothing during the melee, and later jumped out of a moving car as a friend tried to take her home. In light of the shenanigans, she was cited for disorderly conduct and arrested, according to a Cuyahoga Falls police report.

An unknown number of hooligans decided to smash eggs and splatter paint across the side of a man's Lindbergh Avenue home on Jan. 27. Total cost to clean up the mess: $150. The man intends to prosecute if the rabble-rousers are caught. 

Felony theft

On Jan. 26, someone stole several pieces of restaurant equipment from Eddy's Deli & Restaurant on Oakwood Drive. Total loss: $6,300. The owner intends to prosecute if the thief is caught.
