Body Found in the Gorge Park
Cuyahoga Falls police responded to the scene Tuesday afternoon.
The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office is investigating a fatality at the Gorge Metro Park.
The identity of the person found is not available at this time, but Metro Parks officials tell Cuyahoga Falls Patch that a park visitor found the body described as a white male in his 40's just off the Gorge Trail near the Mary Campbell Cave at about 12:10 p.m. Tuesday.
While details are limited, detectives confirm that Akron Police and park officials assisted in the response. Falls detectives are now investigating the incident.
