Week in Review: Dogs, Prom Prep and Coupons

K-9 unit patrolling once again, prom night is coming.

Helping high school girls prepare for the prom, how folks are dealing with the soaring gas prices, the new Patch iPhone application and an "Extreme Couponing" episode were among the stories over the last week in Cuyahoga Falls. 

K-9 unit returns

The Cuyahoga Falls Police Department has gone to the dogs, and they think that's a good thing. Police dogs Diesel and Kilo are on the job in the recently reconstituted . The dual-purpose dogs are trained (Diesel is still training on a couple of areas) in detecting drugs and other police work, and officers take the dogs to meet public groups as community ambassadors.
