Sea Houser agrees and says along with hats she's sold teacups. She recently sold a whimsy and a wide brim hat to a mother who planned to send them to her daughter in North Carolina. The daughter is hosting a royal wedding party the day of the wedding.
"Definitely more interest in hats since the announcement of the royal wedding," said Karen Davies, owner of .
"Ladies parties and tea parties are going on," Davies added.
