The Cleveland Orchestra – From Russia With Love

American conductor David Zinman presents an evening of Russian splendor, featuring Tchaikovsky's dazzling Violin Concerto with soloists Christian Tetzlaff.  The concert ends with the Kent/Blossom Chamber Orchestra in a special side-by-side performance of everyone's favorite musical artwalk, Mussorgsky's alluring Pictures at an Exhibition orchestrated to perfect by Maurice Ravel.  (The Kent/Blossom Chamber Orchestra offers a pre-concert presentation at 7 p.m. of select musical works under the direction of Sasha Mäkilä.)
