The free annual event sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department will feature the well-known egg hunt, a petting zoo and pony rides.
There are separate areas for ages 3 and 4, 5 and 6, and 7 and 8. Parents should look for the appropriate signage. The Easter egg hunt with kick-off at 2 p.m. sharp.
Some eggs will have toys or prizes inside. Children are encouraged to bring decorated eggs in a container for the Best Decorated Easter Egg Contest! Eggs should be brought in a container for judges to see.
The Easter Bunny will also make an appearance at this event, so don’t forget your camera!
