Cuyahoga Falls Community Chorus Rehearsal

The Cuyahoga Falls Community Chorus, under the artistic direction of Edward Arthur Shure, is a volunteer, non-auditioned SATB choir that performs in-service, public and private concerts throughout Cuyahoga Falls and the Greater Akron area.  It has been hailed by Cuyahoga Falls Mayor, Don L. Robart, as "Ambassadors for our community."

Under Mr. Shure's direction the Chorus performed during President George W. Bush's historic trip to Cuyahoga Falls.  The Chorus performs annually for the Akron Aeros, the opening of the Ice Rink at Falls River Square, the Holiday Tree Festival at the JS Knight Center benefiting Children's Hospital, the Cuyahoga Falls Library and the joint holiday performance with the Cuyahoga Falls Community Band at the Quirk Cultural Center.

On May 28, 2011, the Chorus will perform a concert to benefit Good Neighbors of Cuyahoga Falls.  It will take place at 3:00 p.m. at Falls River Square.  Guests are asked to bring non-perishable food, clothing and other items to benefit the under-served.  More details to follow.
