Cuyahoga Falls Community Chorus Celebrates the Life of Member George F. Seigman - Honors Armed Forces

The Cuyahoga Falls Community Chorus, under the direction of Edward Arthur Shure, will honor one of its own, tenor, George F. Seigman, who passed away on March 30, 2011.  The event will also honor the men and woman of the United States Armed Forces.  Seigman proudly served his country as a Naval Officer.

"This event is always emotional," said Director, Shure.  "However, it will be even more so on Monday night as there will be an evident absence in the ranks of the tenor section - a spot that Mr. Seigman occupied for most of the Chorus' 24 seasons.  Mr. Seigman was also a dear friend, a neighbor of 17 years and a person who radiated joy and goodness wherever he went.  I wanted to do something special to further celebrate his life and his love of family, music, church and country. This event seemed most fitting."

The concert is free, there is ample parking and an elevator to and from the parking level.
