Public Hearing Notice for Summit DD’s 2014 Operating Plan

The County of Summit Developmental Disabilities Board, or Summit DD, invites the community to attend a public hearing on December 11th at 12:00 p.m. regarding the draft of the 2014 Operating Plan. Summit DD creates an Operating plan annually detailing the measures and initiatives to achieve goals outlined in the 2013-2015 Long Range Plan.  Input from residents is important as the Agency plans to implement new initiatives for the coming year.

Feedback can be submitted about the plan through several means.  First, view a copy of the draft 2014 Operating Plan online at www.SummitDD.org/SummitDD_Reports.aspx.  A copy of the plan can also be obtained from any one of the sites listed below.  Comments must be submitted in writing, including your name and address, in any of the following ways:

· Mail comments to 89 E. Howe Rd., Tallmadge, OH  44278, Attn: Kim Bell

· Attend a public hearing on Wednesday, December 11th at noon at Summit DD’s Administrative Offices, 89 E. Howe Rd., Tallmadge, OH
