~Cuyahoga Falls Neighborhood Excellence Initiative~

Things are falling into place for the first meeting on March 13th at Preston Elementary for Ward one residents.  The meeting will start at 7pm and last til 8:30pm.  We have created a e-mail address for this initiative cuyahogafallsnei@gmail.com .   We will have many people addressing the different issues our city is facing.  They will be able to answer any questions you may have.  Information will be handed out in regards to starting neighborhood watches in your neighborhoods. Remember to like us on Facebook and most importantly help spread the word around Cuyahoga Falls about this great initiative.

To: Heather and all kind neighbors who want to communicate at newer and higher levels,

I am very pleased to see that your initiative now uses Google.
I will try out the cuyahogafallsnei@gmail.com address today.

Given that our school district, Friends of our library, and another key public information organization (to be announced) uses gmail.com we can now become interdependent.

So, our similarities will become more important than our difference relative to the use of a software system that is available to all of us at zero cost.

The use of the Google group tool will empower you to connect all of the members of a neighborhood -- without limits.
The use of the little personal website tool on Google will empower you to post content that is relatively durable and of shared interest for a neighborhood.

I have a little public website to help our community members help each other when learning how to use the Google tools. Here it is below.

Please copy and paste the above as a URL.

This will work better than when everyone had a different email provider.
When people have different email providers then the training task is more complex.
When people use gmail then we can develop our community -- based on our similarities.

Please be sure to capture and share email addresses when you facilitate your neighborhood meetings. Safe neighborhoods consist of community members who know each other.
