What's Your Favorite Driving Song?

Tell us what you like to listen to on the road and we'll include it in tomorrow's Spotify playlist!

Picture this: you're driving down a two-lane country road with the windows down, sunglasses on, the radio turned up and some beef jerky by your side. (Hey, I didn't ask your opinion on my go-to road trip snack.)

Now, listen: what song do you hear?

Is it something that bumps? Maybe some old school rock? A heartfelt love song, or an 80s pop diva?

We want to know, but hurry! This submission period is our shortest yet — we need your suggestions by 8 p.m. tonight.

Submit your favorite road trip song in the comments and we'll include it in tomorrow's road trip playlist.

Agree with John Dieke. I'm pretty sure that you can't stay at the speed limit when Runnin Down a Dream is on.

On the Road to You by Kate and Anna McGarrigle (at least that's what I think the title is).

Alternatively Southland by the Allman Brothers.

"Keep the Car Running" by The Arcade Fire - my good friend burned it on a mixed CD for my drive back to Ohio from her place in Nashville in college. I must have listened to it 37 times that day. Love it, and I will always associate if with driving!

Going to have to go with Bon Jovi, too. But mine is "Always." It's so ballad-y and awesome, I could sing it for three hours straight.

Since people are responding with songs that are about traveling/driving or have those words in the title, I'll go with DJ Honda and Mos Def, "Travelin' Man."
