Have you heard about Obama's "Regional Redistribution Plan"?? Those living in the suburbs will have they're property taxes "redistributed" to urban areas. This plan will was apparently very close to passing in Columbus Ohio. This is on his Agenda for a second term. Research it for details and verification. Do you want to support the takers in urban areas with your hard earned tax dollars? Know what your voting for this November!

"Do you want to support the takers in urban areas with your hard earned tax dollars?" - More of the dog whistle racism of the extreme right. Yes, go research it and you will find this conspiracy connection being made, all tracking back to a number of article written by (or using as their point of reference) Stanley Kurtz, who is a famous within conservative circles for his 2008 harping on Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers. Also know for his anti-gay articles.

So yes, if you research this, you will find it, but never stop at researching to find something, continue through to research the source of what you are finding. And realize that TheGrapeHoax is using the old "urban" code to tap into the darkest side of our society, trying to use racism to create fear.

Always beware of anybody trying to get your vote by using fear and paranoia.

2. Romney said there are 23 million Americans out of work. FALSE, the correct figure is 12.5 million, or about half that number.

Two days ago he said Obama has passed no Trade deals in "almost 4 years." What a liar. Obama passed 3 Trade Deals. People simply do not want to believe this stuff or they would start doing their own research and go to Fact Checker. They'd rather walk aroung with their head in the clouds.

FedUp Ted- You sound pretty RACIST to me.

I'm white, and there are heck of a lot of white people on food stamps, disability, etc. So stop with your damning minorities for the situation. Heaven forbid if you need any government support in the future (i.e., Medicare, disability, food stamps, health insurnce), and if it's not available

James, believe it or not, this is the internet and anyone from anywhere can post here on the Kent Patch, their own Patch, or darn near anything else they choose to from around the globe. It's one of the perks of the internet. Cross the world in an instant...

Plus, California is pretty grand. Most states in the United States of America are quite awesome. Each have their upsides and downsides. I knew you'd hate California. So many free thinkers and tree huggers out there. Those who cherish the Earth and believe we can live in harmony with it rather than beating it senseless are not your cup of tea. And if you haven't moved away from Northeast Ohio in your life, you'd have a hard time understanding how angry this area is since you're so wrapped up in it. Maybe it's the lack of sun, but this area is very depressed. Move away and look around. You'll be shocked.

Here is the way I hear Romney.............
Point #1: We will fracture the earth WITHOUT REGARD FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONSEQUENCES so we can have more jobs. We will take away the protective regulations and RAPE THE EARTH REPEATEDLY in the name of economics.
Point #2: We will make it possible for business to do WHATEVER THEY WANT, HOWEVER THEY WANT, without regard for employee HEALTH or SAFETY. We will reduce taxes for business owners SO THAT THEY MAY LIVE A RICHER, FULLER LIFE at the expense of their employees.
Point #3: We will repeal Obamacare so that the INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT FINANCED MY CAMPAIGN ARE REWARDED FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS. We will say "to hell with poor folks, sick folks, or those unable to defend themselves against the world AS WE WILL REDEFINE IT".

I also live in the Falls, have for over 24 yrs. And my race is of no consequence. Just because you did not see any "other" races present does not mean there are only whites. Just take a drive down Portage Trail Ext. across from Timber Top at school bus times. Also there are growing Asian and Hispanic populations. Your narrow mindedness or bigotry whichever it is seems to be showing

President Obama could have accomplished much more over the past 2 years if the Republican party leadership in Congress would have been willing to compromise to some extent. They were not. They wanted the US economy to fail so that they could gain a political advantage. My congressional district has been gerrymandered to make it a secure republican district for the next 10 years. I am sick of this. I have voted for state issue 2 so that the districts can be redrawn in a nonpartisan manner.

Sorry you feel that way.
I may strongly state my opinion, but if mine differs from yours, that doesn't mean its negative.
I usually, except for 2 days ago, avoid following people into the gutter since that leads nowhere except for the entertainment of other readers.
FYI - I do reread my comments before I hit submit to see how it might read from someone elses eyes...and I was wondering if someone, as you did, would write that kind of comment.
I had a couple of responses ready. But, lets go with this unplanned one - I'll try harder next time!

Think about this...What makes people think a First-Term senator who spent most of that First-Term running for another office, is qualified to oversee the world's largest economy?
Not only that, he was a First-Term state senator who spent most of that First-Term running for another office.
And you wonder why he was lost without TOTUS (teleprompter of the United States)

The nonpartisan think tank recently rattled the debate with a study that estimated that Romney's plan would require slashing middle-class tax breaks so deeply that a family making between $75,000 and $100,000 could have to pay an average $2,000 more

Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have some terrific plans for the nation. Help the rich become richer. Make poor and middle class Americans pay more for their healthcare. Force Medicare to become insolvent by 2016, as the CBO reports. Follow a tax plan that does not make mathematical sense as experts say. Lower taxes for millionaires and billionaires. Strip women of the opportunity for legal abortion and full healthcare. Not allow the LGBT community equal rights. Romney and Ryan are determined to take us BACKWARDS to the 1960s! Yippee!

VOTE EARLY! Don't let Republicans including Sec. of State Husted SUPPRESS your right to vote!

Of course "there's no such thing" as "Regional Redistribution," etc. There's only been a book written about it and the closet redistributors wink-nudge-grin-and-laugh....sorta like Biden. The only human being more pathetic than a republican neo-conservative is a progressive democrat.
