Constructed in 1918, the Senich Building has seen many businesses come and go over the decades. After sitting vacant since 2010, property owner John Kemma is eager to see a new business fill the old structure, located at 120 Portage Tr.

The old Senich Building lost its last tenant, Noble Images, in 2010 and has been up for rent ever since.

Despite being nearly 100 years old, the 2,000-square-foot space is in decent shape and could be a good fit for an up-and-coming retail shop or local business, according to property owner John Kemma.

Kemma said rental rates are negotiable; he can be reached at 330-208-7674.

What kind of business could revitalize the Senich Building? A quaint restaurant? A trendy business? Offer your ideas and recommendations in the Comments below.
