Valley Savings Bank Wins Recognition With Superior Financial Rating

Rep. Kristina Roegner praises Cuyahoga Falls-based community bank.

 

Valley Savings Bank has received  a five-star superior rating from BauerFinancial Inc., earning the Cuyahoga Falls-based bank recognition in the Statehouse.

A community bank with two locations in Cuyahoga Falls, Valley Savings Bank has been honored with special recognition by the Ohio House of Representatives. The recognition was sponsored by State Rep. Kristina D. Roegner, whose District includes Cuyahoga Falls.

“It was my pleasure to give Valley Savings Bank a commendation on behalf of the Ohio House of Representatives for receiving a five-star superior rating from BauerFinancial. This institution is comprised of reliable staff committed to serving our community, and they have proven themselves responsive to the needs and concerns of their customers. I am confident that Valley Savings Bank will continue their tradition of excellence far into the future,” Roegner said.

BauerFinancial, a bank rating firm, conducts quarterly evaluations of federally insured U.S. banks and credit unions on the basis of financial strength and stability. Valley Savings Bank has consistently received a five-star rating based on the strength of its capital, asset quality and profitability.

Thats real good I imagine for the bank and its customers.But how do you find out where my bank stands on this rating?
