$200K is certainly a large amount, but is that a 10%, 20%, etc. reduction. Otherwise, it's hard to decide what to do with my spare change... ;)

Needs landscaped. With that size of a house the front entrance should stand out more. From what I can see, a few changes on the interior. But yeah I'd buy it. When I win the lottery.
