Police Blotter: Man Robbed of Cash at Knife Point

The following information was supplied by the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Aggravated Robbery

A man told police that on Sept. 6 at the intersection of Second Street and Broad Boulevard, three people robbed him at knife point. Police said that the amount of money taken was between $2,000 and $3,000.

Vandalism

A man working for the Parks and Recreation Department of Cuyahoga Falls told police that sometime between Sept. 5 and 6, someone moved a metal bleacher to the side of the restroom of Kennedy Park. The suspect also broke a sink, a skylight and the water supply line inside the restroom. Total estimated loss is $600.

Assault

A man told police that on Sept. 4 at the intersection of Broad Boulevard and 20th Street, someone exited his car, approached the victim and struck him on his right cheek. Police said there was no pain or injury, but that this was brought about when the victim cut off the suspect on the roadway.
