Hopefully, that price includes redecoration. That condo looks so dark and dreary that Dracula would feel right at home. My house isn't worth nearly that much, but at least I wouldn't need a flashlight to maneuver through it. These pictures would do nothing to sell that house to me.

I was thinking the same thing. How does a home with so many large windows manage to look so dark?
There's no way it will sell for that price.
