Nicholas Sklare, 25, of Akron, and Lacey Esposito, 27, of Cuyahoga Falls, were arrested Monday morning after police found them cooking meth in a Studio City apartment.

The pair was charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs, a second-degree felony; illegal assembly of drug components, a third-degree felony; possession of criminal tools and drug abuse, both fifth-degree felonies; and drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor, according to Falls police Sgt. James Singleton.

The Cuyahoga Falls Narcotics Unit discovered the lab after receiving a call asking officers to check the welfare of the resident living at 2319 Winter Parkway, Apt. 310, he said.
