A 40-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man was pulled over at the intersection of Graham and Fishcreek roads on Jan. 7 after running a red light, according to a Stow police report.
The officer clocked Daniel Pivarski driving 60 mph in a 35 mph, zone, the report said. After running the red light, he was pulled over.
Officers could tell Pivarski was heavily intoxicated and he was holding a mug with an iced mixed drink in it, the report said. Pivarski also had a jar with two small bags of marijuana in it. The man refused a breath test.
Police charged Pivarski with drunken driving, speeding, running a red light and possession of drugs. Pivarski has three prior drunken driving convictions, according to police.

I wonder who's car he keeps driving if he doesn't have a license. They should start charging the people that give them their keys with something or charge him with grand theft auto for take their car !

I've always wondered: When a person is convicted of DUI or any traffic felony, wouldn't it make sense to seize all license tags in that persons name ? Also, no insurance.....no tag. Show up in traffic court without PROOF of insurance...tag forfeited. Pulled over for any reason and found to be without insurance....car impounded, tag seized. Show up at DMV for renewal without PROOF of insurance....tag seized, no sticker. What would be wrong with that ?

Those sound like great ideas Ed but it won't work unless we get some laws changed. When you go to buy license plates all you have to do is say yes and sign it. They don't require you to prove anything. I have to pay extra money for insurance for my car because I am required to carry uninsured motorists insurance. It really peeves me to have to pay for other peoples insurance!! Something needs to be done to keep DRUNKS and REPEAT DRUNKS off the streets!

I know (or knew) this person. The priors happened when he was still a young buck. No excuse, but he paid those dues and had no restrictions. It's a whole new ballgame for him now. Not smart of him in any event, can only hope he never does it again. Life by the drop, your gonna end up meeting a cop.

40 years old is old enough to know you don't drink and drive.
