He has a “lengthy criminal history,” the release notes, including time in federal prison for taking underage children across state lines to take part in prostitution.

Willis, 31, is about 5’11” and 210 pounds. He’s bald with brown eyes and has a variety of distinctive tattoos. These include praying hands in the center of his chest and a dollar sign in the middle of his throat.

Willis is thought to be hiding somewhere in the Cleveland area. He used to have an address near the 13400 block of 3rd Ave. in East Cleveland.

The task force is offering a reward for information that leads to Willis’ capture. Individuals can call the task force with information at 1-866-4WANTED or text a tip to 847411 (tip411), keyword WANTED. Tips can stay anonymous.

This is why we should not even have prisons. Jails yea, people get stupid and do dumb things, but carreer criminals? Get rid of them. Think of the money we would save. We could also get rid of the ACLU and a lot of useless lawyers. I say have a football game for the prisoners in prisons now, and have electric bleachers. One whack and problem is solved. Same with gangs. They should not be allowed to exist to as they are basically organized crime rings like the mafia were/are. Just think of the money saved there.... less shooting victims equals less medical bills, neighborhoods would be safer therefore insurance rates would go down..... Oh but wait they have a right to terrorize innocent people. I forgot.
