Heroin Junkie Nabbed; Aggravated Menacing; and Mischievous Motorist: Falls Police Blotter

Prescott junkie
A woman was stopped on the 3500 block of East Prescott Circle on Sept. 30 and subsequently arrested after officers found she was in possession of heroin, syringes, a burnt spoon and a marijuana cigarette. She was charged with drug abuse, drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
Aggravated menacing
A Peninsula man was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing after he allegedly threatened to bludgeon a man with a claw hammer during a fistfight at the Moose Lodge on Sept. 30. The angry individual is set to appear in Stow Municipal Court on Friday, Oct. 5 in connection with the charge.
Turf job
The executive director of Cardinal Village called Cuyahoga Falls Police on Sept. 28 after a mischievous driver turfed the grass and landscaping along the east side of the retirement complex. Total damage: $400. An eyewitness caught the license plate number as the motorist sped away. Police are investigating.
