Here we go again: heat index values could hit 104 all over Northeast Ohio today.

At the rist of sounding like a broken record, the entire Northeast Ohio region will be under a heat advisory today.

Heat index values could hit 104 today. The advisory is in effect from noon to 7 p.m.

Thunderstorms are likely to break up the day, especially after 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.

The National Weather Service advises you to stay out of the sun as much as possible and check on your neighbors. We've got more heat safety tips here.
