Funding for Portage Crossing Infrastructure Passes Committee
Committee recommendation goes to council next week.
Work is under way on Portage Trail in anticipation of the Portage Crossing development.

The Cuyahoga Falls City Council Community Development Committee advanced supplemental appropriations Tuesday evening for infrastructure related to the Portage Crossing development.
Director of Development Susan Truby outlined past approved expenditures and the current request.
The committee members, Chairwoman Carrie Snyder, Vince Rubino and Mary Ellen Pyke, quickly approved sending the measure before the full council next week.

Kind of a non-story if you ask me... Get back to us when State Rd actually draws people from different communities again! When my parents were younger, people came from many surrounding communities to shop, eat, and experience our fine city! I still believe our city is a GREAT place!!! We just need to show that to others again and have more things to offer them than just our river events!!! I'd like to see in Portage Crossing?... Businesses that aren't available within 25 miles of CF... If you want to visit them? You'll come to Cuyahoga Falls! I LOVE this city!!! Just want to see it do better!
