Updated 7.26.12 at 3:54 p.m.

Cuyahoga Falls police detectives and agents from the Akron FBI office are on the hunt for a man who robbed the U.S. Bank located within the Graham Road Giant Eagle.

On July 20 at 3:41 p.m., the robber walked into the supermarket, approached the only bank teller on duty and demanded all the cash from her drawer, according to a Falls police report.

During the robbery, there were no threats made and "no weapons seen or implied," the report stated.

Once he received the money, he fled from the store in an unknown direction.

The man is described as roughly 35 years old, possibly Middle Eastern descent, 5' 8" tall with a thin build.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery is asked to call the Cuyahoga Falls Detectives Bureau at 330-971-8334 or the Akron FBI Office at 330-535-6156.

That's what I call a ballsy thief. There are always tons of people at that Giant Eagle. Maybe he needed the money to go to the GetGo?

If all he did was walk up to the counter, ask for money and he was given money, is that really robbery? If I walked up to you on the street and said "give me a dollar" and you did, that isn't robbery. I know banks have rules but you would think the guy would need a weapon or make a threat to be just handed money. PS- This is my bank woot woot lol.

Umm Tim, yes it's a robbery. If someone is demanding money that isn't theirs and intimidates the victim, that is robbery. Don't be stupid.
