I live in Pennsylvania, approximately 3 hours away from Spitzer Ford in OHIO..........I would like everyone to know that they are the biggest ripp-off yet! Our Finance man BRETT that we dealt with is the most ignorant person I have ever met in the sales business. We bought a Lincoln that HE QUOTED US the air ride was TAKEN OUT OF THE CAR. He told us it would pass inspection in PA, but there was no way it would cause the AIR RIDE WAS STILL IN THE CAR and NOT taken out. He told us he would put in writing that it would pass inspection and then sneakingly did not put half the info that was needed for this car, including the buyers guide! Then we called and the PUNK would not even get on the phone with us to talk. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE TOOK THE CAR BACK. It cost us between toll money and gas alone about $300 after it was all said and done. SPITZER FORD LIES, LIES AND LIES........DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! He did not even include the "WE OWE" in the deal! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SPEAK TO YOU AGAIN! We were never offered a cup of coffee after a 3 hour drive, and he did not even give us a business card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are a rip off! Complete! And I'm not bad mouthing them I am only telling the truth on my experience that I would like to share with your community. Money is too hard to come by and gas is way to expensive for games. When it was all said and done he most wouldnt have made half of what it cost us to get there. FYI IT WAS BLACK TOP LINCOLN CONTINENTAL that we tried to buy. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE ON ANY CAR. Then 3 days AFTER we returned the vehicle someone from Spitzer calls and wants to know how our experience with them was. CAN YOU EVEN BELEIVE THIS? Im serious.................... if you see that car do not beleive anything tell you. In fact, don't beleive anything they tell you about anything. I just really felt the need to share my experience with you. And the finance guy BRETT doesnt have a last name cause you cant read it on all the papers we signed. Stay away from all SPITZER DEALERSHIPS!

SPITZER FORD is still running my credit.......without my authorization! My husband and myself went to buy a car and ACTUALLY bought it, then had PROBLEMS with it so we returned it within the 3 day so called 'Grace Period'.......I guess they had a little problem with that cause now they are continuing to run our credit and bring our score down, not that its that great to begin with, but I cannot beleive they are doing this......and still in business! Its NOT RIGHT! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER deal with SPITZER FORD again in my life........ANY SPITZER FORD DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!

SPITZER FORD misrepresented the car they were selling to us. It burned 4 quarts of oil taking it home to Pittsburgh and 4 quarts to bring it back plus the cost of turnpike tolls, gas, and our time only to be lied to. They never asked us how they could make things right, they just said BRING IT BACK. So that was more money on top of money already spent. The best part of it is that my husband had countless conversations over the phone with them before we even drove out there to look at the car. All they did was lie to us from the beginning and that is why they never tried to make it right because they knew the car was a money pit and they were in the wrong and it would have cost them too much money to fix it and make it right for us so it was just easier for them to tell us to BRING IT BACK. When we brought it back there was nobody there... We had to drop the keys off in the nite drop off box and lock the car and just go home from there. Save yourself alot of grieve and all your money.....and run fast if they get hold of you! FOR REAL!
