CUYAHOGA FALLS – Charles (Chuck) A. Zuver, 80, passed away at his residence on Dec. 17, 2011.

Born in Akron, Chuck lived in Cuyahoga Falls since 1973. He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a tool and die man for the Cornwell Tool Co. for 15-plus years.

Preceded in death by his parents Emery and Marian Zuver and brother Kenneth, he is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betty; children Tim (Sally) of Kenmore, Mike of South Carolina, and Lisa (Larry) Abbey of Akron; grandchildren Cassandra and Justin; and many friends.

Friends may call at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, one hour prior to a 2 p.m. Memorial Service, Thursday, Dec. 22. Pastor Jeff Hinkle will officiate.
